Jim Batten serves as Vice Chairman & Audit Committee Director at QCR Holdings (multi-charter bank holding company) and Chair of the Board at Guaranty Bank. He leads a family office (H2D2, LLC) and previously served as CFO of O’Reilly Automotive (13 years, led IPO era) and CFO of International Dehydrated Foods.
